Sean Verhoeff is a father, veteran, business owner, and Colorado native. He enlisted in the US Army where he went on to deploy. Upon leaving the Army after 8 years, he settled down in Fountain and launched his successful insurance business. Through serving his country, raising his daughter, and supporting clients, Sean has always lead his life with service in mind. He’s running for city council because Fountain needs leaders that put service to residents first.

Fountain’s roads are in disrepair. Every time you have to get costly repairs on your car after hitting a pothole, remember that it could have prevented by the city increasing infrastructure and road funding. Fountain’s road budget is on par with many cities a third of our size. I will make it a top priority to bring adequte funding to our roads.
As taxpayers, we have a right to ensure our dollars are being spent in a way that keeps our roads clear, our neighborhoods safe, and our city growing. Fountain is falling short of this. I will ensure our budget is transparent, and that our dollars are going to the core services that we all depend on.
Fountain is losing out to our neighborhing cities. This means stagnant property values for residents, less job opportunities for families, and more. I will fight to make Fountain an attractive investment through good governance, cutting red tape, and partnering with the community to increase business friendliness.
